Our Story

For over two decades, Prominent Homes has been a leader in the home-building industry in Norfolk County and surrounding area.

Founded by Brian and Debra Bunting in 2002, Prominent Homes has built over 350 homes across Southwestern Ontario, largely in Norfolk County and Haldimand County, ranging from 1,300 square foot townhomes to 10,000 square foot fully customized country properties.

As Prominent Homes continues to grow with company Owner Sam Bunting at the helm, Prominent Homes produces both multi-home communities and individual custom homes, averaging 20 homes built per year. With 10 years of development planning mapped into the future, Prominent Homes is set to continue as a leader in the home-building industry of southwestern Ontario.
